Meet The Team

At OmniPods and Cabins we pride ourselves on building personal relationships with our clients, so it’s only right that you get to know a bit about us too!

Paddy Costeloe

Paddy, a keen sportsman from an early age, qualified as a teacher at St Luke’s College in Exeter. He played rugby for Weston Hornets and then Rosslyn Park, Somerset and Surrey, while teaching at Dulwich, before going on to play for L’Aquila in Italy and was one of the founders of Vail Rugby team in Colorado!

After teaching, he got into the restaurant business and had his own restaurants in Italy, California and Antigua.

He met Nettie after his accident in Antigua and ascribes her indomitable spirit and unwavering positivity to all things good in his life since and especially to being proud parents of eighteen year old triplets (Paddy says that’s why he’s in a wheelchair!). Starting Omni has been the most demanding yet fulfilling challenge Paddy has ever taken on and insists that he has never enjoyed working so much…..which is good, he says, as “we have only scratched the surface!”

Sarah 2.png

Sarah Cadle

After 15 years of background as a Chartered Accountant in large organisations, a family move to Devon brought her into the world of small, local, businesses in 2012. As a result she has had to get to grips with all aspects of running a business from Finance, IT, Marketing, General business organisation & strategy.

With a good eye for detail and a motto that “there’s always a solution”, she will make sure your project runs smoothly from point of order to delivery day.

Relaxing for Sarah rarely means sitting down, with 3 teenage daughters to run around after or making the most of being outdoors with great friends.

Ollie 2.png

Ollie Cadle

With an extensive and varied background, Ollie has honed his practical skills over the last 20 years in property development, both in a hands-on capacity and as a project manager. He has also gathered skills working in the hospitality industry, brewery industry and as a fireman. He is always looking for new challenges and when the opportunity of getting involved in the supply of modular buildings to cater for the accessible market arose, he jumped at the chance. Ollie’s practical skills and his problem solving attitude is invaluable in making things work for our clients, where every scenario can be slightly different.

Outside of work Ollie is an avid fan of rugby union, although his playing days are now well behind him! Otherwise he can be found taking part in any form of water-sports that the beautiful, local estuary’s and beaches in Devon have to offer.

Nettie Costeloe

After training as a nurse at UCH, Nettie managed restaurants in London and Bristol. She was head hunted into the yachting industry while managing one of the restaurants which ultimately landed her in Antigua where she again, managed restaurants before taking charge of the island’s prestigious boutique hotel, the “Inn at English Harbour” for several years before joining forces with two of her sisters to start the island’s most sought after catering company, Gourmet Network.

Nettie’s incredible work ethic and her willingness to roll up her sleeves for anything that needs to be done, and her intuitive sense for tasteful understated interior design makes her an invaluable OmniPods team member!

She has certainly stamped her mark on our various interior styles of which we are so proud.
